Mission Statement To Serve My Community

As a general practice attorney, I enjoy being able to help people with different legal matters and to resolve difficult problems. I perform successful mediation at substantial savings to the parties. I have litigated in the courts many complex legal problems including the following: accidents including auto and construction accidents, workers compensation, pedestrian, dog bites, slip and fall, machine accidents, medical malpractice, social security; domestic family problems including custody and division of family businesses; business litigation between partners and/or third parties; and real estate ownership problems.
I enjoy being able to work on a professional basis directly with the client and being able to offer practical solutions to resolve difficult problems. I believe in resolving problems in a cost-effective manner but strong advocacy is available to reach a successful conclusion. I believe that developing a plan with the client and having open communication allow my services to best assist the client to transition beyond the legal transaction, deal, or case. I am prepared when required to resolve problems by complex litigation to reach the final resolution.

I live and work in the same geographical area that I practice. I meet my clients everywhere I go within my community. I enjoy being able to continue my strong personal relationship with my clients, long after their case has been successfully concluded. My greatest pleasure involves being able to step out of the door of my office and have my clients drive by and wave and honk their horn. I believe that the services of a lawyer require me to be able to interact one on one with the client in order to assure the result planned from the first conference until the final goal has been achieved.
